LESSON 10

Reimagining the Future With Trust

7 min read

When we're anxious about money, the future becomes a rehearsal for disaster. We imagine everything that could go wrong, and call that being responsible.

But planning and catastrophizing aren't the same thing. One prepares you. The other exhausts you.

Trust doesn't mean assuming everything will be fine. It means believing that you will meet what comes, and that you don't have to carry the whole future today.
