Money anxiety rarely announces itself as fear. It shows up as tightness in the chest when a notification arrives, as the urge to check your account for the fourth time today, as the quiet dread that makes you avoid opening the app at all.
None of that is a failure of discipline. It's a nervous system trying to protect you from something it experienced as dangerous — often long before you understood what money even was.
The goal of this module isn't to make you better with numbers. It's to help you feel safer inside your own body when the topic of money arises. Because clarity, choice, and calm strategy are only available to a nervous system that isn't in survival mode.
So we begin here: with compassion. Not the performative kind, but the real kind — the kind that says, of course this is hard. Of course you feel this way. Nothing is wrong with you.
